...dissatisfaction for what has become the status quo for many training organizations. I probably shouldn't put that in print, but it's the truth and I believe in telling it like it is. Too many trainers out there are putting profit before the quality of their services. We think differently. We believe that if you provide a high quality service that is enjoyable for the players, they will spread the word to everyone they know. They will find value in what you provide them and be the biggest proponents of what you do. That has been the case for SJSS. You will not find our trainers constantly on their cell phones or talking to other trainers or parents during our sessions. We ask our players for a high level of focus during what is intense training and we hold true to that same principle. What message does it send to a player when a trainer or coach goes through the motions? In my estimation, it gives the player the right to also go through the motions as the trainer sets the stage for the training environment. We provide a lot of energy and as a result we get a lot out of our players. We hold our players to the highest of standards because we live those standards. Our passion for the game and teaching it comes through with how engaged we are in the moment.
